It was a slow Friday and this place has looked good from the street for a few weeks now. Always been a few very cute looking girls when I drive past.
Having checked this forum for reviews, I only found one from a few years back mentioning they did do a HE. I thought why not lets give it a go and at the very least I can provide an update here! We live and learn...
So here it is!!
NOT all Thai places offer the extras we hope for. This is not of them places, which is fine but then you would at least expect a decent massage. Even that was lacking!
Called up to book a lunch time appointment. Quoted £45 for the hour. However the lady on the phone did mention that if I logged onto the website I could get a 10% voucher as a new customer, bonus.
Arrived on time and was greeted by a very cute early 20 Thai girl, sadly she was not to be my masseuse. I was led to a small room and told to undress and my girl would be with me shortly. The room was nice and neat, small but with no shower.
In walked another girl, I would guess she was in her mid to late 20's and perhaps a 7/10 in looks. Expectations where rising.
So she walks in, turns down the light and grabs a large towel and covers me shoulders to knees. Now I have had a few massages of late and understand that as this is an hour appointment she will start slow and things will move on as time goes by....How wrong I was to be!
She, I still do not know her name, I did ask twice?! Chatting was not her thing, even though from the few words I did get her English was very good?! She got on the bed behind me and started pressing and kneading my body through the towel, at one point she stood up and used her feet to get a bit more pressure. All ok but her technique was crap. This deep rubbing and pressing continued for around 20 mins. All this time only about 5 works out of her...she has worked there for about 1yr...
Off she gets and now grabs a bottle of oil, so I am thinking OK now we will get a bit more relaxing and then perhaps a bit sensual.
No, lots of oil with nothing more than a half hearted attempt at a massage. The large towel was kept very much in place and even with her moving it about all the time for maximum cover, I offered her to take it off as it seemed to be in her way of doing a decent job....She refused and carried on regardless. With 20 mins remaining I was invited to turn over...again the towel was rearranged to cover me chest down to my knees. More oil, more unenthusiastic rubbing of body. No hint of eye contact or even a smile. Tried to chat but not happening. By now I knew there was no chance of any EXTRA's and by now with her attitude I was not bothered. I want to get finished and leave. This girl was clearly not enjoying this and therefore neither was I.
With 5 minutes to go she stopped, wiped her hands clean and headed to the door. Said I could get dressed and leave when I was ready as she left. She did pop her head back in to offer me a water or tea before I left...really?!
So I think I will avoid this place from now on and stick with what I know...Let's Relax a few hundred yards away and Baan Thai in Twickenham.
