Bounds green road (links A406 to Wood Green / Tottenham etc) is a 30 limit. But many places long this road have a 20 MPH limit sign.
There are now to many like this, and people speeding up and slowing down due to them being not sure about what is the speed limit. This only adds to the problem of flow, IMO.
