i have saved it but if its not showing on her profile the chances are it will not be switched on anyway

She has set up a new profile, yet again. She also has a habit or regularly changing her mobile number as well.

In her last profile, I must have had 4 or 5 numbers for her.

She may have used a working flat.

As for the kid.... most definite.
