The club is on the top floor of the house, a former puff, its in good condition and fairly clean. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the large Lounge with bed and jacuzzi. 3 hours 60 eur including AO but No CIP
Day ticket 80 eur including A0 but No CIP

How do they enforce the No CIP rule ?

You get a wrist band, red for 3 hour option or after 7 pm 50 euro. Blue for 80 euro all day option, and gold for 100 euro option which is the only option that includes CIP, Anal with some girls, DFK with some girls, and sessions behind closed doors.
