Thanks for your interest in our upcoming party or event at The Shoebox on Thursday 2nd June 2016. This is an afternoon event and all the action kicks off at 12pm until approx 4pm, with the last entry at 3.30pm. Guests are invited to stay for the full duration of the party however this is not compulsory as you can come and go as you please before the last entry time stated above.
The party will be hosted by some of The Shoebox girls who will ensure that you are welcomed and made to feel at home from the minute you arrive. We do have many guests who attend our parties as couples, single females and also single males and we do carefully balance our numbers against male to female ratio.
Booking for our events does go on right through the event itself with lots of last minute additions and also cancellations and changes. For this reason and for everyone’s discretion we do not confirm who is on our guest list prior to you attending the party. We always have a balance of attending genuine females before we book for any male guests so do rest assured that it won’t all be men at the party.
As a purpose run venue we do charge an entry contribution that is inline with most of the other like venues in the Glasgow and surrounding area and this may differ depending on the event type. The entry contribution for this party or event will be, Single male £40, TV/TS £20, Couple £FREE, Single Female £10, and this amount is required to be paid cash only on arrival at the check in desk.
Included in your contribution payment is Entry, Tea & Coffee, Soft Drinks, Snacks available at certain times, Condoms, Towels, Safe Storage for clothes and belongings, Use of shower facilities and toiletries. We do not sell or provide alcohol, but you can bring your own if you wish.
There is no strict dress code for any of our events and if you are unsure then smart casual always works. We understand that first time visitors maybe nervous and this is totally understandable, our expert hosting staff are there for your first contact to welcome you and answer any of your questions and will be on hand throughout event. We often find that newbie nerves will disappear once you are settled in to our cosy intimate venue and introduced to some of the other staff & guests.
