They have got to do something to justify their inflated blood money.
It is much too easy to just ignore the twats, tabloid journalists do not have to comment on serious news, they simply go for the easy option and join in on every bandwagon that passes.
Classic example is the 'Sun' headline on the Queen and the EU which breaches the press guidlines, but as Murdoch hates the EU, was printed anyway.
Murdoch said ' I hate the EU because when I go into Downing Street they do what I tell them, but when I go to Brussels they just ignore me'.

I took another look at the Daily Wrecked article. I thought that they were attacking a rival newspaper, Paisley Daily Express, for allowing the WG adverts. I remember them running an article about ads for saunas in the Herald in the 80s. The next day, the ads were gone, so I was thinking that they were again attacking a rival, but no.

Its beyond belief. They are attacking prossies and punters while running their ads in their own publication. Trinity Mirror own the Paisley Daily Express!!

From the above article,

You couldn't make it up.

The reporters of the wee Express might have seen such pages but they were never in that paper.
The PDE never had any such adverts. They do sometimes print a lonely hearts type thing but there are no disguised WG ads in that as it's all box number stuff.
The Saunas and some single ladies masquerading as such in Glasgow advertised in the 'Evening Times' for years, as the staff in the paper said they were 'health clubs', but mainly I think just wanted the revenue. The Record's sister paper The Sunday Mail did an expose and the following week these ads were dropped. They of course resurfaced in those epitomes of serious journalism The Daily and Sunday Sport. Publications sadly missed.
Bring back the days of the free press!!!!!!!!

I wonder why the Daily Wrecked has said that there are ads by WGs in their other publication. Maybe their lie factory is so desperate for extra sales that they had hoped that more people would buy the Paisley Daily Express in the vain hope that they would find some local action, or just out of curiosity. I cant think of another motive that this lie factory would have. They are truly disgusting.

This does not mean that they were in that paper. Oops. Although their sentence is a bit ambiguous, and perhaps deliberately so, IMO.

As has been pointed out above, why focus on Paisley? Maybe they could run another shit 'article' on another area on another day, where they have another local paper. It helps fill space, which is what its all about.
