A lot of girls say central but often means bay, roath , grangtown, visited Tudor road just over bridge by bus station a few times ( green door, first floor apartment, shit hole ) mainly Romanians , don't know if Thay still use it as I don't punt them types any more and I definitely don't recommend it. Think a short 5 / 10 min taxi ride is best required , you can access a number of good girls from there.
