Well, ive been there and its ok.  There is an old lady must be 60, and a slightly younger one.  I understand she is called Kerry, but she has to be closer to 50 than 40 herself. Not great really

Yep, tried Erdington, very similar experience to Boldmere road, except, staff change more often, and sometime you get a looker....or at least someone under 50! ha
Not tried Sheldon, as yet though.
