OK, after my initial greeting it won't surprise Pumps (as he knows that I am a fully paid up member of her "fan club") that I can't resist putting in my two pennies' worth!
That may be true in some cases, but Nicky has already built up her client/fluffy base, so she can afford to be a temp wg as she knows she'll get her usual flow of long term customers.
She has had quite a few profile changes which have been listed by other reviewers: Elegant Chanel, Divine Paris, Nicole Spring, Nicole Vanilla Sky and Nicky Divine.
Two things to note:
Her combined ratings from her reviews under her various names/profiles are 11 Positives and 2 Neutrals. Her two Neutrals are her most recent reviews (including this one) written by punters for whom she is a newbie. As you say, maybe she knows that she has returning custom and is now going through the motions with new customers. She has been over here for a few years and is planning to retire after the summer and is possibly suffering from burnout with the end in sight and, whether consciously or not, is starting to wind-down.
Nearly every review and comment mentions that her bottom half in particular is larger than you might expect from the cleverly angled photos, although opinions vary as to how much of a negative factor this is. I know it might surprise some, but I think that she is quite into fitness, and although she certainly does carry more weight than is desirable for many (and not enough for the BBW lovers) she is still quite firm and has a trim tummy (but, judgments vary, and this is just mine). There seems to be almost as many opinions about her breasts as there are people commenting on them, including some very conflicting descriptions.
So she definitely divides the commentators, and as I have said on another thread, I hope that generally we can trust UKP reviewers to give honest reviews, but we have to understand that they can do so from their perspective. A Positive review from one member cannot guarantee the same for other punters, especially it seems in this case where Nicky's service does seem to have started to tail-off, but it doesn't mean that the review was excessively "fluffy" or dishonest. Some WGs also vary their service over time, and although I didn't know her in the Southfields days, it seems that she was prepared to offer a wider range of services when she moved to Harrow to become independent.
From my personal experience she is still giving a great service to her returning clients (or to use Pumps' more negative alternative - her "fluffies") and I have never experienced anything vaguely mechanical, but obviously from her recent reviews one should treat with caution if you are thinking of visiting her for the first time.
