yes most definitely,  the least should be a good 15 minutes break to freshen up.  Imo

5 minutes turnaround 
quicker than Ryan air .....
quick wipe of the old runway with a wet wipe 
and she's ready to go

Would the odd times not suggest that
a - she is not rushing people out the door
b - she is taking 10-15 minutes to clean up.

If everything is bang on the hour or 30 minutes then either
a - she is starting punts a minute late and finishing a minute early to give herself a 2 min wipe
b - she is taking 30 -60 minutes between punts to freshen up - possible for some but unlikely for others

Agree probably means finished at half past 10 mins shower and freshen.

It was the 3:40 or 4:45 that got me with the 5 min turn around was all I get the odd times could be beneficial if she had said for example 3:15/3:30 then 4:45 but not 3:40 or 4:45

What makes sense for one doesn't for others if it works for her that's OK its her business.  Maybe drop her an email and ask how much of the 5 mins is spent in the shower in her ODD 5 mins.  Do you have an optimum time in mind that makes it acceptable to you ?  You might have to drag her in the shower with you for some mutual grooming.
