Savannah, you should realise that this is a warts and all kind of site. The reviews on here tend to be graphic and straight to the point, there is very little fluff and falseness. If you take a step back and a deep breath you can learn so much of what we like and what we feel, you and your service can benefit from it no end.

I feel no need to defend my review but I hate factual inaccuracies. I at no point said or even implied you were bad looking, I said "not unattractive"; beauty is in the eye of the beholder after all.
At no point did I demean women or indeed you, I criticised your attitude & service; an utterly different thing.

I'm sure you're a nice enough person but as has been said, this is a very honest & forthright forum for the benefit of the consumer, not the tradesman. If you're in this purely for the cash you'll get involved in needless slanging matches that can only do harm to your business. If you wish to make a career of this, no matter how short, then take it on the chin (pun intended) & learn from feedback.
