Hi gents, I've come across this profile and wanted your opinion on whether I should go for it or avoid as I'm not to sure if this will be a good punt as I have had some real rubbish ones last yr.

I read the feedback and suggest that if you need to persuade punters you are not a boy then post your ID (showing your gender ) up as a photo?

My conclusion is that If I lived closer I would be prepared to TOFTT at that price.
However
1. The two good feedbacks do look suspicious, with only one feedback to the punter each. So would agree that it could be prudent for the OP to wait for a few more  (reliable?) ones.
2. Most Orientals I have seen - at least in London - who are handled ( either via AW or agency) have a customary basic of £150 hour. Her much lower price (and fast email response with poor language skills) could perhaps suggest that she is an Indy and/or genuine.
I find the proof of the pudding is usually in the eating

It brought 97 profiles. When I limited it to "English first language" there were still 38 . . .

You could add an age filter, which is what I would personally do next. When it is a reasonable number, just feed the prossie-profile number into the UKP search facility ...

Adjust for your tastes, but doing the search is quicker than picking random skanks and starting threads.
