A friendly and welcoming personality 100%
Good communication beforehand 75%
A professional and respectful attitude 75%
Positive reviews and recommendations from others 75% [the most important on red flags 110%]
Good looks and presentation 100%  voted this marginally over the first line

Offline fatboy

They are all important but a friendly and professional attitude is my top one.
Reviews are extremely helpful but we all know ymmv.
One thing I always look at is clicking the 'availability diary' on AW.
If it shows 24 x7 availability I usually swerve.
If it shows dates and times available then I am more confident.
The other option is not listed.....
Over 40, blonde and big tits.

It’s about feedback and hopefully we are all singing from the same hymn book when we write reviews in an objective way.
Good looks are all well and good, it’s the Value of the encounter that helps make it a good day.

Online Iamforreal

All important, but first one for me.
Having reviews here obviously helps and we are all very grateful, but I also like to go and see girls which are not reviewed or TOFTT how we saying(or bragging  :D) here.

Offline Soulinho

All are extremely important but good comms is a big thing for me. It just shows professionalism and class

I try to get a feel for a WG just based on that.

Without positive reviews I'm unlikely to proceed any further

For me good looks are a sine qua non without which I will not proceed. However, we all know AI is used by all and sundry so a professional ad either on AW or Kommons is a pre requisite.

A friendly attitude cannot be gauged in advance so literate, courteous and prompt comms are also high on the list.

Reviews are are also helpful but usually in conjunction with all or some of the above.

Offline Newtothisstuff

I went with the Friendly and welcoming personality option because it pretty much covers all the others too.
A friendly personality often comes over during the initial comms and helps create more positive than negative reviews.
I've booked some very attractive girls who I'd never book again due to their attitude.  If I'm paying £150-200/hr, it shouldn't  make a difference if they're having a bad day.... if their dog died or their car just failed the MOT.  At sometimes north of £3 for every minute, I expect them to be professional.  Too many punters and sometimes WGs too, confuse being friendly with becoming friends.  I already have friends.  I don't pay to fuck them.  But, a friendly girl with a ready smile is far better than a stunner who is pissed off with the world and making it obvious that she's only tolerating you because of the cash.

Offline Puntmeister

Tbh all are important for a meet to be outstanding, but if they have poor reviews or no recommendations on here then I don't even look any further into them. I don't know if it's a first impression as such, but this is an expensive hobby and previous indicators on here are what helps keep most of us from experiencing the bad bookings.

Offline oneeyesnake

I went for the data driven - reviews and recommendations. As we all know or have encountered, the others are all subjective. i.e. friendly welcome....that's always there until you have handed over the paperwork then the attitude changes. Same as Comms, professional attitude and looks.
I have seen WGs that have been well reviewed and in the main this approach has worked for me. A couple of times it hasn't, but heyho that's punting.

Offline GorillaWarfare

Good communications is the biggest but of course they're all big. If their comms. are crap I won't chase them up even if they have some glowing reviews.

The others all come through after the comms., I won't know about their personality, attitude, or good looks if it's a struggle to get them to respond to me.

Offline mrwhite

As everyone else has said, they are all important.

My choice was good reviews - if the SP didn't demonstrate all the other attributes then she wouldn't get a positive review.

One other thing I find important is that she doesn't have a list of extras that reads like a menu at McDonalds.

Positive reviews help me narrow down my hotlist but I do rather like to TOFTT when some fresh talent appears nearby, as my preference is for GFE which often feels most authentic with a lady who’s new to escorting and hasn’t leant all the tricks of the trade / become jaded from having to deal with dozens of punters.

So I‘ve also voted for A Friendly And Welcoming Personality, as even when a WG has positive reviews and looks as good as her photos we’ll sometimes simply not click.

Good comms frequently prove to be a red herring as bookings are so often handled by a maid / agency who’ll sometimes prove to be far more flirtatious than the actual WG!

Interesting that reviews came in second. Worth remembering they only exist because someone booked first with nothing to go on. If that’s the main thing you rely on, you’re basically letting other people take the risk and then deciding off the back of their experience.

Not knocking it, we all read them. But if that’s your deciding factor, it’s only fair to put something back now and then. Go on your own read of someone occasionally, and leave an honest review afterwards. Otherwise the whole thing rests on the few who are willing to go first. What happens if no one ends up making the first move?  :D

Offline wannabe

Tricky to really choose one above all the others but for me the final arbiter will usually be positive reviews from this site, plus also AW reviews (I know they can be unreliable).

Offline Momodan38

I chose Good looks and presentation

Strictly as a green flag, it’s what I go off of initially when deciding to book an SP.

I was concurring with the majority of posts on first page, as hadn’t realised there was a 2nd until I’d posted!

If we were allowed a 2nd preference then reviews would be the next option I ticked, as helps separate the wheat from the chaff.

Being a kinkster… the SP being kink friendly / fellow kinkster

Online Muff

For me it’s reviews but only reviews from members who I find to be on my wavelength and whose opinions I respect and trust.
