Diamonds is certainly open, (on the basis that their website is still functioning)although they have changed their entrance in the last eighteen months, and it is now difficult to find: the receptionist will help. I've bben there twice.The place specialises in ladies "of a certain age". I think Gems has either gone or changed its name. Never been to Caesar's, but it was there last time I was in the area: although that was a year or so ago. Hope this helps, as they say.
