Organised a meet with Reyani on the day. a few weeks ago. Comms were initially OK. Travelled to New Street station and messaged that I was ready to receive further directions. She then tried to call me which I was unprepared for, and I was in in a busy and noisy station. I couldn't hear anything on the other end, so I hung up and tried to call back to which there was no answer. I tried messaging to explain and ask for directions over text and simply got no more reply. Complete waste of time.
