She has an accent, but not particularly Italian. I have punted some Romanians in the past and they have said they are Italian. I wouldn't be surprised if Ginevra was the same, but I wouldn't care either way. Just accented and Southern European in appearance.

As regards dirty talk, it isn't my thing. She didn't initiate, neither did I. She was giving me oral most of the time, so unable to talk. Then climbed on top and didn't say much.
