Becoming a regular punter with someone - how’d it work out?

Just a general discussion really about anyone’s experiences of becoming a regular massage customer (or a shag for that matter) with someone - how it evolved, if you managed to get any free extras or if it turned into just a generally better experience each time. Of course it all depends on your own circumstances (how you clicked with the provider etc) and you don’t have to name names - just intrigued as I’m wondering about choosing one person and the thought crossed my mind…

The issue for some with a regular is potential feelings.

I have a regular, very popular on the forum.

I don’t regret it for a minute, don’t regret a penny spent but there can be an emotional price to pay, especially when seeing them 3 or 4 times a month and doing the occasional overnight.

Thanks for encapsulating the true "being a regular" experience.  A lot of the earlier commentary was starting to sell it as some sort of fairy tale if not more like a marketing ploy.
A punter may make an SP a "regular" for any number of singular reasons different or at odds with those me makes another a regular.  Note the SP doesn't have to consent to being honoured with this branding, she may tolerate the business and suffer the attention or she may enjoy the attentions of an amenable bedfellow or otherwise unthreatening, sociable respite.  We here are all paddling in a scorned part of "Life"  but it is still part of "Life",  one can meet people you'd like in your orbit in the most unexpected places. BUT in this lark the one over-riding aspect is that however much you might become attached it is most likely the other side has different expectations, psychological and emotional boundaries and they all come up hard against the criteria that at least part of the interaction is paid for. IF you break past paying for sex (or any other part of the encounter) well then you're no longer a regular you're a (sex) partner/fuckbuddy/fwb and back in "civvy" street.  We know some vets here have gotten into long relationships with their former SPs, one or two even married. It's allmost a rite of passage for those who play the game long enough, but in that it's just a warped reflection of "RL"; money as always will be a huge determinant in the success.

I can see how some of the prior posts may make you feel like it was roses or marketing, but it certainly wasn't meant in that way, for me at least it was just about trying to show that not everyone black and white in this business.

As Ruth says there are opposites and like Ruth I've had regulars go 'Bad' I had one guy I'd been seeing for about 3 years, always pushed time boundaries a little,  so started having longer bookings to allow enough time, he then asked for an overnight which I don't generally do, having known him for that long I agreed, booked the date in and he began messaging me late one evening,  telling me he was looking forward to the overnight,  he was planning on taking me out for a meal and a few drinks, I don't drink so said the meal would be nice but it would be soft drinks for me and I'd appreciate him having only a couple of beers.
That was not his plan, he declared he was going to get me drunk however he could to see how far I would go under the influence of alcohol and to see what he could get me to do, when he messaged the following day to say sorry he was pissed I cancelled the booking, no way was I going away with him and ive never accepted another booking, he was 6'4" ex rugby player,  I was jo match for him.

Also like Ruth I find the can I have a special price as I will be a regular every week, never actually book let alone book regularly.

What business in the service industry is it standard practice to ask for discounts? 

Do you expect a discount when you go to Asda every week for your shopping? 

Do you expect cheap beer because you're a regular at your local? 

Most importantly by asking for a discount you are saying the girl isn't worth the fee she's charging and girls just love being told that they aren't attractive enough for blokes to pay what they're asking.   

I should add, if they offer a discount then accept it but asking for cheaper rates make you look cheap and will probably result in no more bookings.

The lower rate has to come from the provider not the punter.

The economic term for volumetric discount is 1st degree price discrimination, and every business will eventually scale up to price discriminate - this is econ 101?

My point is, a subscribe and save is beneficial for both parties. It creates value for sp (less risk, less volatility, known expectations) and punter (higher perceived service levels etc).

Re: is the girl worth it etc? The price is published publically - but we all know some people will gladly pay more and some people will not bite at the published price. In reality, the girl could run an auction process but it would be cumbersome- so the price is set (in her mind at least), as revenue maximising with the filer of clientele she wants. It’s not “it’s her worth” price - that is completely driven by willingness to pay model which is obv different for different preferences (which can also shift temporally - same sp may be “worth” less to you 5 years down the line).

I'll rephrase the question then, not counting what the supplier offers, in what service industry can you the client go and ask for a discount for being a regular customer.? 

You mention loyalty cards etc they are all offered by the provider the buyer doesn't go in and ask for something the provider doesn't offer, they accept what is offered..

Yet again the most important thing is we are not talking about casinos, shops or any other non personal service, if you can't understand that we are talking about a female supplying her body for sexual services then there's no hope for you.

You carry on mate and ask for discounts then see how many reports you get on ClientEye.

One who has a fairly static location and is selective on clientele - yes, she is open to negotiation because if you fit her bill (clean, articulate, willing to spend, physically in shape etc), you can create something that gives value to both parties.

The meta point is - if we create value (sp/punter), shouldn’t it be fair to divvy it up.

And re: the “offer” you flagged up - yes, that’s unfortunately the curse of this industry. The price has to be static and published. But “reverse booking is basically the same economics as “offer”. But in any case, peace yo!

Even after you change the goal posts the fundamental question is how do you ensure any trust isn't broken?
A contract?
Do you accept that if you prepay and don't book your sessions or cancel without rebooking in a given month you forfeit, no rolling credit?
No chasing the lady blaming her for not being available?
Maybe you need to try Seeking?
If you're talking from successful experience then outright say so, even then you're talking from an n=1 situation.
Would you accept that she can keep full record of all indelible comms and is free to submit to the police on account of harassment and attempted coercion should you break your pledge?
What do you do if she breaks trust? You harass her? What if she has "security" come "talk"  to you in a very "lasting and impressive" manner?

Of course you could just book her one appointment at a time paying the going rate and see if she offers you some consideration or starts to take you out and buy you presents. Wouldn't that be nice enough?

You haven't got a clue about the sex industry but more importantly you haven't got a clue about women. Economics don't come into it, escorts don't need to give discounts to attract custom.

Ive had a few regulars. I try to keep my punts to once a month, and would usually rotate around, meaning a regular to me is seeing someone 2 or 3 times in a year.
Some regs then take advantage such as being a bit tipsy already when I arrive. Thats not an issue for me but I see it as a bit unprofessional and so remover them from the must see (ie rearrange things) to will see if timings and cash works.

One reg. Took a break and would ping me a msg when she's back, which worked out well and i thought we got along well with sparodic mesages outside of meets. Thou the last msg she sent when she was back, I  had to reply im short on funds, and simply stated perhaps towards the end of the year. Given how long ive known her I was mildly surprised that I got radio silence back, not even "oh you ok". Never mind, ill chalk her down the board so to speak.

Im running low on my rota now, most of my regs rates have gone up considerably and im not going to ask for the 'old' rate. So ive started venturing out for new girls.

Interesting debate. I'd just add that the choice between a regular and seeing others for variety is not mutually exclusive.

I had a regular who I saw well over 100 times over 9 years, during which time she packed in advertising, and her client base reduced to just me, when she found a proper relationship and finally bowed out of the job.  We were friends, and I would have risked a proper relationship with her if the age gap had not been a bit too much, it would have been unfair on her in future years.

But during those 9 years I also met and had fun with another 100+ different WGs, so variety as well as the comfort of familiarity and friendship when I needed it.

This is a really interesting point, and I’ve definitely noticed this mindset becoming more common lately.

Every now and then, after one or two meetings, I’ll get a message from a guy along the lines of: “I’m young, good-looking, clean… surely the price should be different for me?” As if we SPs live some tragic existence where we only ever meet awful men, and he’s somehow doing me a favour by giving me the opportunity to spend time with someone young and attractive.

I think that idea is pretty outdated. Just as there are women of all different looks and price ranges who are very popular on these sites, the same goes for punters — especially experienced regular punters who have been around for years. Many are genuinely kind, intelligent, cultured, respectful and sexually experienced. When you regularly meet men like that, youth or a great physique alone really isn’t that impressive.

So whenever I get one of those “special price because I’m handsome” proposals, it always makes me smile a little. Especially when I regularly meet men who are lovely company and who, I imagine, are probably quite popular with other SPs too.

Of course, not every experience is perfect. There are exceptions, and sometimes it’s simply a lack of chemistry — it happens. But these days, genuinely bad experiences are actually quite rare for me.

But actually, that is because it is different from, not similar to, other service industries.

A few regulars is the ideal as you get past the first couple of sessions and they know what you like, and you still have some variety. I’ve had a few over the years but the reality is escorts move on, stop and start, so it’s hard to keep a regular for more than a couple of years. I’ve been seeing one lady for over 10 years on and off, and one of the main attractions is convenience of the location and cost. I’m looking for a new regular but it comes down to those two points along with attraction and age.

I think discounts etc really depend on the type of girl you are with.

In my experieince I have had regulars at £100 h/h and £150 p/h and I have never asked for a discount, just paid the advertised price. I've never asked for non advertised extras but I have received them.

I used to punt regularly at a far higher price point, where the girls are seeing fewer people and enjoy the social interaction as well. After a couple of straightforward meets I would suggest a figure for an afternoon together inc lunch or an overnight inc dinner. The suggested amount would be far less then the advertised price and normally accepted.
