Next week has some seriously hot temperatures with Tuesday and Wednesday currently forecast to be 34c & 35c respectively in London.  In my experience, whilst many agency girls used to book hotel rooms with aircon it seems that that today many are using rooms in flats with no aircon.  On a personal note, I struggle in the heat and although I am keen to see someone I will probably give it a miss in next week's sweltering temperatures.  Am I an outlier and hence you think punting levels will just be maintained regardless or does anybody else think the heatwave will impact activity.

If punting in this weather, I will prioritise SPs that have AC. If I really want to see someone and their location doesn't have AC, I will book a dayuse with AC at my expense for an extended booking with them.

Mind you, this is only for 30C and above. 30C and below is usually manageable. I've known some SPs who simply stop working due to the hot weather, as they struggle with it as well.

I actually told a girl I'll be bringing my own fan when it was very hot one day and she confessed that her room was extremely hot but she has a fan(cheap £20 ones). Brought my trusted MeacoFan 1056, although it was still a sweaty punt, the constant breeze from this fan made the 1 hour punt much more bearable. Oh and not forgetting the ice cold water bottle that I chugged down at half time.

Glad to see this thread as to be honest, for some reason I struggle to feel my usual self in a heatwave and never ever find sessions as enjoyable and can never seem to be able to be as motivated. Is this common?

I seen a WG who had air conditioning in an airbnb room but didn't turn it on while I was there. I left dripping with sweat. Another one had invested in a Dyson tower fan but should have spent the money on a portable air conditioner as the fan didn't do much to cool the room down. There is hot, then there is far too hot for any physical exertion.

i unfortunately have 3 pre-booked punts for next week, one of which is on the hottest day which is predicted to hit 37 degrees.  :bomb: Am mulling over cancelling. i don't mind sweat in a booking, quite a turn on when it's fresh and the both of you, but not all SPs feel the same way

if i had known it was going to be that hot, would have just waited for temps to cool down before making the bookings and chilled out at home

This is a new one for us on here & i'm pretty sure that the same for the SP !
Was it the pedestal version MeacoFan 1056 & how did you carry it ?

I do hope that you took an extension lead to ensure that the Meaco could be placed in exactly the right place
I note that there are 12 different speed settings & 3 different modes
Which did you find was the best combination ?

& was there any testing involved with the SP so you could both decide on the optimum ?
A wafting mode for when she's got her legs open could be just the ticket

Only other question you referenced an ice cold water bottle
Did you take a cool box ? [as well as the fan] to make sure it indeed was ice cold after 30 mins

Seems to me like you are properly kitted out
Sorry for the Q's i'm thinking about buying one for myself for punting [& at home too obvs]

Thanks for sharing  :hi:

It is the desk version, I have it in my room, its sat on its original box in the corner and it literally blows air across my whole bed when you angle it correctly.

It's is indeed 12 speed, the highest speed will literally suffocate you if you put your face nearby, that's just how good it is. It has a handle and a remote control, easy to carry around and change speed at a whim. I kept it in it's original box when I bought it round and plugged it to the nearest socket and got her to lay on the bed to guide me on placement and speed. She loved it and wanted to keep it when the punt was over. No extension cable was needed, this fan will blow air from like 3 meters away and will feel breezy when the speed is ramped up.

We had it set at around mid speed as it was placed not too far from the bed. Had to turn the speed down when I was sat on the edge of the bed for a blowjob because her hair was going all over the place, mind you that gave me an excuse to bunch her hair up in my hand for extra control  :D

She asked if I wanted water, and she bought out 2 500ml bottles of water which looked like they had been sitting in a bowl of icey water as they were dripping from the outside.

It's a great bit of kit, I use it all the time when the weather gets hot and it helps me sleep well in the weather. It's portable enough to carry around with you (desk version). I find that it's much better than those Dyson air coolers that are around.

for me it's a dilemma. I hate the heat but if I happen to be in London for work, the parade of hot young things in skimpy summer clothing gives me the horn big time and so I'm up for a punt. This week it looks as if i shall be at home in the country, which might be a blessing in disguise with those forecast temperatures
