Negative review is because the girl using the profile is someone else. I understand that a girl's appearance change can due to dying hair colours, changing hair length, weight gain or loss, but trust me, this was a totally different person, so I would class this as a bait and switch scam. I'm quite short so, a WG's height matters to me. I noticed that she was quite tall, and asked her height. She said 172 cm, which is approximately 5' 8". Profile says 5' 4". You definitely can't magically gain 4 inches in height.

Switching is standard business practice for this group, profiles comes and go.
I do know from reliable source that at one point the girl in the pics was the girl behind the door, though never saw her myself.
