With the vague pricing in the ad and the £50 on the door, this was now getting expensive for 45 mins but I was a desperate man and handed over the extra.

It turns out her name is actually Nina so the Viva Street ad is a catch-all for the spa and if you book 'Lilly', I think you would just get whoever is on the rota. However, Nina did say she can be requested by name on the number in the ad but she is off to Thailand for a while but back in UK from 7th July. I know its expensive but better a great time for £130 than bang average for £100. I suspect that I will return and next time will asl for Nina when I call Lilly / Lisa!
If you wanted an hour plus B2B, it is only £10 more, it seems the B2B price is fixed at £80 however long the booking is.
