Didn't touch them really. They are pendulous though which makes me inclined to believe real. That size fakes sit higher up and the stretching of the skin creates the fake look. Lets examine fake tits in detail to try and work this out.

No matter what type of actual implant is used, they are only actually placed in one of three places.

Subglandular (Over the muscle): The implant is placed between your natural breast tissue and the pectoral muscle.
