The perception she is attracted to you may not be accurate. If she is attracted to you she will make the first move. As Davie says you could be in trouble if you instigate something first.

Blurring the lines between a good professional masseuse and client can be a dangerous game and apologies after the fact don't cut it.

As others have said, you should tread VERY carefully. Given you've made no move so far, she might think you're not interested.

Personally I'd keep it simple. I'd ask if she minds if I didn't use a towel or, if my boner is obvious underneath, I'd ask if there's anything else she can do.
