She's a complete time waster! Avoid like the plague or book at your own risk!
I contacted her via AW the day before and we agreed a time. She asked me to submit a booking request which I duly completed and shortly after she texted me confirmation alongside her address.
So far so good!...
The following day I rearranged my day and made the 1 hour journey. Arrived 10 mins before and texted her. No reply! Waited till 5 after the start time and texted 'Is everything OK?'. Still no reply. Hung around for another 20 mins and still no response! So I left.
What really bugs me is that I could see that she had logged into AW in the morning to update her availability to take into account my booking. So there was clearly intent to see me in the morning so something must have happened between the morning and my 2pm booking. My suspicion is that she uses rented accommodation and no one else booked her for that day so she must have decided to check out and cut her losses.
More annoyingly in the evening she updated her availability and was accepting bookings for the following day! So clearly there was nothing wrong with her.
It's just thoroughly annoying and unprofessional on her part. I still haven’t received any comms from her to apologise. My recommendation is to avoid her if you don't want to be messed around. Clearly a headcase who doesn't care about her clients and happy to drop them at a whim.
