Maybe this is interesting to some of you, but I have been in Bangkok a lot over the years, not primarily for sex tourism.
So roughly, low end is Thai working class customer oriented, streetwalkers and brothels on Yaorwarat road etc at say 500 THB a pop.
Middle is what gets the discussion here, the foreigner oriented gogo bars and soapies etc at say 2k THB.
There are more expensive options of course, many of which are primarily or exclusively for local Thais, or primarily for rich Chinese/Koreans/Japanese. That is what this post is about.
In no particular order, there are the high end "massage parlours", like Black Caviar or the Bank next door (gone now I think) which are large expensive brothels, a line up with half a dozen categories from 8K up to circa 20K THB. Lots of white skin girls, with varying amounts of plastic surgery. Genuinely some very hot girls, normally speak decent English. Bar downstairs, kind of feels like a nice hotel. Mediocre service, generally.
Next there are Gentlemen's club, kind of hostess bars/ Karaoke, large nightclubs with private rooms for Karaoke upstairs. not much sex if any on the premises, but some of the girls are insanely hot. You can get their numbers and meet outside etc, but it's all a huge effort. Makes sense if you live there. Last time I went (I wasn't paying), it was about 60k THB, for two of us for a few hours drinking with like 6 girls in this room. Complete waste of money.
Escorts: there are a few not very under the radar pimps, the best is called Tony, telegram based, I have also used one called Jane, but she wants payment in advance which is inconvenient for non Asian customers. A range of prices, and mixed experiences. Generally longer bookings for like 4 hours, and you are meant to talk to them and take them out for drinks which is a pain since most Thai women are really boring. Some uni students , giving a very natural gf experience. Some a bit older and down for all sorts of weird shit after a few highballs. Like 20K to 40K for a long session. I think Tony has some higher tiers of girls if you become a regular.
Finally, massage, there are what are called Kapoo clubs, which are massage parlours with part time university students. No sex, just a handjob or blow job by a very pretty girl. They come at various price points. My fave is M Room, off Ruamrudee, most of them are really out of the way. Nice line up of 5 or 6 super hot girls. Like 2.5k for the massage and 2/3/4K for extras. Says it's members only but it isn't. Very nice quiet building, only Thai customers as far as I can tell.
Summary: I think in London if you spend a lot you can get much better experiences. But in Bangkok, yes, they are younger and hotter, and the locations are much nicer, but I think the mid market places are where it shines.
