By SMS, on the day, with who I have to assume must be the SP herself, based on language issues.

£160 the hour.

The Meet
This meet never happened. SP dropped me a text an hour later asking if it was possible to shift my time, but that the original time was still fine. 8 minutes later, I replied and said I couldn't, but tried to offer some flexibility. After going back and forth for about 50 minutes during which time I needed to chase her for responses, it turned out she was no longer available, and I'd wasted most of a journey. Didn't ask why. Probably a double book.

Overall
This SP can't manage her time, and wastes mine as a result.
