i don't think that is fair to assume. Look at the bigger picture in her reviews up until now, presumably mostly first-timers with her. She is professional. Yes, she may have a better rapport with her regulars, only down to familiarity over time with them.

well, i dunno. you always had a good experience with her, so you're gonna be on her side. for me, i put more weight into neutrals/negs than positives. It takes huge balls to go against the grain when an SP has so many positives, as quite often you'll be attacked by all the people who had a good experience and be told it was you who was the problem, because she was always good with them.

while i accept it could have been a bad day, or OP was not compatible, i am more likely to support the punter than the SP. when i read an SP is only seeing reg/returners i tend to think she can't be arsed to put any effort into a new punter and she can get away with giving a reg/returner a sub-par service as they'll just chalk it up to being a bad day. If an SP has a steady stream of regs, they're less likely to make the effort with first-timers and this review reflects that.

SPs tend to deteriate over time, so even if you got in early as a newbie and got a good service, there's less chance of it happening later. Evidence of that is pretty much all over the forum.
