Thanks for mentioning that. I didnt really have any issue with the external door but I was a bit thrown by having to wait outside the apartment. Its literally in full view of several floors of offices - i just kept eyes forward!. I expected her at the door so I always do a soft knock to start with- no answer. Then i knocked harder - then i rang the bell - then I knocked again - sent a message - then rang the bell again. Took all of 5 minutes - again on some other day I might have walked. Maybe some comms going on in the background between her and the handler before she opened the door (was going to ask her but didnt see the point)
