Easy to find, quiet street in the Fulwell area of Sunderland. Felt fairly discrete and parking was ok. Room was clean and tidy.

Pics on AW were accurate, she has a decent body with some tattoos.
I would say she's older than the 32 listed on her profile, but probably not drastically. Either way she looked older than I was expecting.
Seemed friendly but quite quiet and maybe a bit too passive for my liking.
