We would like to remind everyone that the "Only Yes Means Yes" law ( Organic Law 10/2022 ) included an amendment prohibiting sex work in advertising ( number 364 ) that was not recorded as having been voted on during the legislative process. The law also failed to address sex work as an objective, and expert or representative voices on the subject were not consulted. As a legislative procedure, we can only express that it appears to be a sham, unworthy of a democratic country.
