I know I'm open to criticism but I like the venue and I was passing so arranged another meet. After confirming it was definitely on, arrived and told to wait in the cold. 15 mins later after no contact I said I was leaving. 25 mins later I was told she was ready but I'd left.

Don't bother with this one. Just crap

25 min delay is certainly more than I'd have the patience for, so the negative makes sense to me

If I'm reading OP's post right, it was 15 mins, then 25 mins = 40 mins!
