Ok, I had this one on the radar for some time. Finally messaged her few months ago and managed to get a booking few days later. Coms were very good.

People have been moaning about her boiler problems for about 15 years now. If you want to book her, you just have to accept that she's a bit flaky and might cancel or delay. I tried to book her a few months ago and she let me down, but she let me know soon enough so that I could have alternative plans. Plan ahead; set your expectations.

I think the risk/reward was better a few years ago when she was young and fresh and it was worth taking the chance (and I did have some excellent bookings with her). I don’t think she really carries that premium anymore and doesn’t feel worth all the hassle to me.

Maybe if you’re a plumber she’ll give you preferential treatment and actually turn up for booking

She does provide a good service but after being let down on many occasions I gave up and vowed never to return. She's a very good liar and can think of excuses quickly. I'm  not sure the disappearing from an outcall with the money was true but I did  catch looking through my wallet once, fortunately there wasn't anything in it to steal but it did make me more careful in any future punts. Is she worth a punt , not worth the hassle in my opinion.
