Caribbean is not a nationality but people of this region of the world can have any skin colour. If it said British as nationality the skin colour could be anything.

But surely someone turning up to see a girl described as Caribbean would be expecting to see a black girl not a white girl 
Same if I punt a Thai girl, I expect her to be Asian not a child born in Thailand from a white European couple who moved there 20 years ago

I'm fairly sure that this is the same person. There are several things about the profile that fit - one of which is a girl of Caribbean descent with a light skin tone. I don't want to reveal any personal details.

To be honest only the first picture looks like her, so I'm not sure if the other 2 are more recent or if it's a fuck-up on the profile from GFE. 

I think it might be difficult to get to see her, but if I can I'll report back here and let you know.
