External Link/Members OnlyThis business has recently moved into the premises on Bishopsgate although I never visited its earlier location. I pre booked an hour for £55 (cash) - card is £65
The location is only a short walk from Liverpool Street station although access is very strange and is quite hard to spot unless you know where to look. It's a small entrance to the right (and shared with) a Japanese lunch shop. There is minimal external signage. The access door was closed although not locked so I went in without using the buzzer box next to the door. Then its up a hallway and 2 flights of stairs to access the reception desk. The massage room is another one off the stairs to the right of reception. There are obviously other residents in the building but no indication of who they might be. I was informed that there is only the one massage room.
There was a notice on the wall regarding no sexual services and Gentlemen to wear pants. The room is of reasonable size was warm and the table heated although a bit creaky and narrow. Undressed and covered myself with the small blanket provided.
My masseuse came in reasonably quickly (locking the door on entry) and started with the usual Thai thing of toweling feet and then a warm up stretch. It then moved onto oil massage and I was asked to specify pressure, I said firm. What followed was a very enjoyable hour of massage but without any hint of anything else at all (although I wasn't surprised given the notice and the way the blanket was being moved to keep me covered).
The masseuse was Parry (Thai) and had fairly limited English although she had a very pleasant voice when she did speak, which was not much. Looks wise she seemed late 20s with a fairly plain face and slightly overweight body. Not much else was evident with her Thai pyjama type clothing covering any curves. I asked, but didn't get a clear answer about her working days.
The lack of any extras was not a concern to me and £55 for a very decent Thai style massage is very good value for the location. For comparison, the nearby Thai Garden now charge £75 for one hour although there is a good chance (expensive) extras might be offered.
They also have a South Kensington branch but as it appears to be located in a health club any less than legit massage is highly unlikely.
