Comms - Fine, no real issues other than an initial delay at her end, but only by about 10 mins

Location - Flat in a modern-ish block in a building down a narrow alleyway, easy enough to find, but there are a few restaurants / cafes nearby. Short walking distance from Monument tube. Flat and bathroom were clean and fit for purpose, but nothing amazing

I'd say the one where she's sat in front of the coffee machine with an almost smile. Body wise they're all pretty much spot on tbh. She's short 5' to 5'3" maybe, toned, but not hard bodied, nice smooth skin.
