Excellent comms but all downhill when I arrived at the given postcode (WS3)
Parked up on the road, called to say I’d arrived and given house number followed by the room number.
This was the first concern as it was a HMO.
Knocked on given door number, shouted to come in, had a Quick look around and saw an untidy cramped room.
Angelica smiled and welcomed me but was taken aback by 2 rows of unpleasant brown teeth.
