Author Topic: Adultwork - age verify but cannot login to account  (Read 1354 times)

I had an account on AW but very rarely login and now have no idea what my login details are
To get past this age verify thing, i need to login. However as it says my account has been deactivated you have to provide Nickname and Password - neither of which i remember
However if i try and register as a brand new user it wont let me use the email account i have, as it says it is already in use

So i seem to be stuck in a loop !
Any ideas please ?...thanks

My approach would be something like
Make a new email address via gmail  External Link/Members Only
Clear cookies off your device  (optional)
Restart device

Create a new AW account with your new email

Follow the instructions on the AW website help centre maybe?    :unknown:

Always have a Plan R. 🤷🏼

Yes, I’m afraid you’ll have to generate a completely new account. It’s happened to me twice over the last 5 or so years.

I only use AW to read profile details and see pictures – never to make a booking – so rarely actually log in. So, I, too, hadn’t logged in for months and with this age verification lark I tried and, like you, was rejected. Even the (different) email address I’d used over 5 years ago was rejected!

Not too difficult, though.  :)

This only works if your account is still active though :-(

Yes, to reinforce that's the way to go, I had the same situation as Murray Mint. As Plan R suggested, I created a new email address and thence a new AW account. Of course now I will be logging in to it daily so the situation of it becoming defunct won't arise.
