Anyone good - must be near M1 between J19-28.

I have the journey from hell up the M1 to do soon.  I'll have some free as my colleague will have to split away to recharge his car for the second time! The moron bought a Mini Cooper with a battery range of only 114miles. Actually he gets 80 if he's lucky.
So I'm looking for suggestions for incalls anywhere between Junction 19 and 28 of the M1. But - it needs to be really close to the M1. I have time to stop for a 1hr booking - but not enough to spend 20mins driving each way once I'm off the motorway.
Needs easy parking close by.
Preferably an independent. 18-40.
Any recommendations?

Thanks.  I've not been to Victoria House. What's the parking like round there? I was initially put off by the High Street type of entrance and there didn't look to be anywhere to park...  but it's not always easy to check looking online.
