I had to go for plan B. And that was equally shit.

Pebble dashed terrace house. Easy parking and not to far from main roads. Watch out for rush hour getting in. Not good.

Unknown. Her feedback seems to back her up.
Communication:
Only through AW system, gave her my number on nearly every email including booking form and she still never text me or phoned.
The meeting:
Never actually took place.
I booked Jade using the system on AW for 4pm 19th Nov. But on the 18 at 8pm she sent a message on the mailing system asking me if u was coming or not.
I did turn up as I'd told her later in the day at the time I told her. I could see she had read them but she never replied. Well after having a mare on the M5 I finally got there at 5.30pm, knocked on the door and was met by a not so happy fella.
Conclusion:
Wasted my time
