Communications: I just did a walk in. Friendly older English guy on reception - didn't give a 'legit' impression, which was good. No communication issues.
Details:I can't remember the masseuse name. Not sure it was mentioned. She looked like a cross between a Thai woman and a Russian shot-putter. I didn't find her attractive but thought I would at least get a decent massage. She had very poor English but a friendly manner.
I was given any massage options - it was just a Thai massage with (extreme) pressure through a towel. I gave up quickly on the thought of any happy ending.
My phone kept buzzing and then rang. It was a colleague who needed so advice and help. I am ashamed to say I used it as an way to end the massage after about 25 minutes.
Conclusion:I'm going to give it a 'neutral' for one reason: the receptionist gave me £10 back when I explained I had been interrupted by work.
Would I return? Unsure. I think the experience will depend very much on the masseuse working - it could be a much better experience on another day.
