Have been a few times to Milan and wanted to report on most recent trip when I tried two Thai massage shops close to each other and the central station on via Ruggero Boscovich.
First one is Sala Thaï which is basically legit. Clean. Some rooms have shower to shower before and after. You are invited to to wear a small disposable item which covers your jewels but leaves your butt exposed.
It is a bit ot luck as you cannot choose your masseuse which seem to be either young and attractive or more mature and still attractive. First session was with the first type and she asked if she could remove the flimsy item during what was a sensual relaxing massage but (probably) because I did not react no extras offered.
Good value at €80 for 90 minutes. Had a second session with a slightly older but also pretty one. Similar experience except she did not remove the garment
Second one at Thaily, having found the receptionist tastier than the masseuse with whom I started, I asked if we could switch to a four hands. Said receptionist had a very nice body and was more sensual while her colleague was not. Combination interesting and I gladly accepted the extra from the receptionist. Damage was €150. Curiously around the corner from Thaily is Sala Thaï 2 which I have not tried.
Would have preferred to have had the HE in the first place. Perhaps next time!
More generally, there are two types of Thai shop in Milan. The legit ones which identify themselves by their photos and those offering extras where the websites show nice pictures of the girls but the prices of the extras are generally out of proportion to the quality of the service. Milan also has a Chinatown which has shops that offer either legit massages or those with extras. The latter look shady, are often in run down buildings and of course the girls are not the same as one the webpages.
