Hi, I don’t if it’s I’m doing something wrong but I no longer get freeviews on AW. Is it down to only being able to access via their new premium subscription or am I mistaken?
As far as I know, it doesn’t say that when you buy credits.

Have you searched the AW help section or asked them?

I did a search on here but I didn't find anything. On AW they don't actually say (I can't see it anyway) that freeview is only available on Premium Subscription. I was just wondering if anybody else had the same problem or if it was down to an oversite or any other reason perhaps down to me.

Have you bought enough credits to qualify for freeviews?

You need to have a minimum of 30 credits bought in one transaction to qualify for freeviews, you have to pay £33.60 to have 30 credits BTW.

Yup. I bought 50 credits twice. I've sent them a help request. They say they can take up to 48 hours to get back to me. I'll see what they say. thanks

Looks like they removed it, unless you're now in the "Plus" tier.

sorry, image too small; apparently yes you do need a premium/ plus membership to now get freeviews

Don't worry about the image it enlarges when clicked on it.

At least it's sorted now.

There was a voting poll to remove some features including this one

Quite a few changes are in the pipeline to follow new legislation for EU and UK online safety bill aswell
