I have just noticed a bright yellow banner above my messages page saying I can only send messages to people who I have been in contact with before. Is this a rule change or have I misbehaved unknowingly!

Thanks but it's still about as clear as mud..... a clearly stated rule or guideline would help!

Would you believe, I don’t know the criteria or even have a clue what it may be.

It’s all set by head1 the site owner.
Tbh I’ve never asked him  :D

It won’t be something crazy, but it will require a certain amount of contributing obviously, that’s all I can add, sorry.

The rule 33 does state “ undisclosed criteria “ so I wouldn’t expect anything any clearer matey atm.

OK... thank you for trying to solve the mystery!  I guess it's something to do with not contributing any reviews since last summer... simple explanation is that I have been visiting a regular who I have previously reviewed. Bit bored now so looking for fresh experiences which I will review.. !

I doubt it has anything to do with you contributing reviews, you're close to a hundred and you did review in 2024, who knows.   :unknown:

Just checked mine and it's restricted me from sending PMs to be fair I've never sent a PM on here, only ever replied to others.

I understand being restricted as I haven't really contributed much this past year
