I made an appointment with the agency. She called me back twice to confirm it. One of those times, I was on the road. She was confirming if I was coming or not. I confirmed I was and confirmed the appointment time with her. When I arrived, the lady who answered the door, stated they were too busy, and I needed to come back in an hour. Since I already had to drive a little bit to get there, I told her I would not be coming back in an hour.

sorry to hear you ahd issues with comms etc.
I forgot to put in my review, but I had no issues with comms.  I am not even sure if I was sending messages to the lady who massaged me!
Also I left behind my hat and had no issues with arranging to pick it up.
