Lancaster/Morecsmbe recommendations

I am in Lancaster Friday. Ive searched the board and know its a bit of a punting wilderness but was just wondering if there was any secrets you guys were holding. Parlour or indie, prefer not to use hotels. Age bracket 25-45 preferably slim. price bracket up to 80 for half hour. Can go to Morecambe if neccesary. Thanks
