I think there will be no change. And I think your premise and comments on things changing are not data based and most likely not true.
Firstly the US market, in particular, has little bearing here. There, it is a crime. And on top, a lot of the cops are bastards and will actively try to trap punters and escorts. Here, little advice is needed to get started (although I assume advice helps, as in all walks of life).
Next, the idea that the stigma is slowly loosening is wishful thinking. It is not crazy strong, but seems steady. Pretty Women came out in 1990 and folks said this would remove the stigma. Secret Diary of a Call Girl came out in 2007 and they said the same. Truth is, more likely, after 34 and 17 years later, there is no lasting effect.
Lastly you may assume that all sex work is the same and all are suited to all sorts. (You do mention OF and stripping - clearly I don't know what you really think/assume) Anyway, OF and stripping are very different to escorting (and to each other). Some are suited to one, but not others. I judge that many escorts like to have sex (or don't mind it) and like the money/hr and could not stand being a stripper (dancing in public? all these men at once?) or doing OF( computer crap? new content daily? hard to do it month on month?). So I think the next 5 years will be pretty much like the last 5. Unless some crazy fringe politician brings in the nordic model.
