Comms were pretty decent and I booked an hour’s appointment. When I arrived she gave me her flat number but when I knocked on her door, I heard what sounded like an English woman’s voice asking if she could help me. I made my excuses and left and then I texted the SP and asked if she’d given me the correct flat number but she simply said she was no longer working! I asked for an explanation as to why not but none was forthcoming. When I said she was out of order, she said she didn’t care. I replied that that much was pretty obvious. I was very very pissed off having driven forty minutes. One to avoid.

Gutted you got this experience, and totally understand your negative , she should have provided a reason totally out of order.
