I agree its poorly run. The previous girls were just added on extra on top of GFE. Like £20 each for kissing or OWO. GFE at £70 is already expensive and why I am paying extras for gfe like kissing, it should be included. Then i should be just paying for a basic with extras.
A while ago, the ladies werent that great or attractive and average service, now there a lot of new short term girls starting. might check it out again.
The management pissed me off a few times, I rang to book in, as the girl I wanted was available and told I would pop down now and them how long i would take to get there, which was long. When I get there, they told me a different story, oh sorry i got double booked. made me wait 45-50 minutes. as they took a customer instead. 
once is bad but when it happens often, it takes the piss.
The reason is smell like wet dog is because they have a baby golden retriever running around in the waiting rooms.
There are serious issue with the plumbing. And that’s why the place stinks at times. The dog is a separate issue.
They’ve been struggling to recruit quality staff due to poor reputation. Don’t take my word for that, ask ladies working for there local competition. I have seen messages written by management with my own eyes. The gaslighting and lack of professionalism was pretty terrible.
I think they’re now struggling as a result of running a loss poor shit hole. They’re no longer open 7 days a week and as others have reported, they have closed without any notice.
I’ve also been shafted time wise like you. They don’t respect booking times at all. If someone walks in before you arrive you’re not guaranteed to see them at the time you requested.
And these days you are highly likely to get hit with additional charges in the room for services considered as part of a normal GFE so it can be a real rip off.
Pictures on their website can be a real puss take too. Some of the ones used look years old to me.
My honest advice to anyone is to avoid the place and try another parlour. There’s plenty of local ladies receiving consistently good reviews within a few minutes drive from here.
But as always, each to their own.
