Surely if anyone can confirm or deny the claim she switched her profile to someone else it's you, having been her client from at least 2017?? 😹

If you see her again you could mention she may be able to work out who it is by having a look out of her window, if the accomo allows for this
Or sure she must know some geezer who could use her mobile outside where she's based & do a reply or two
