Fuzzy Duck mentioned Clapham Junction but location I received was quite far from there - from Clapham Common Tube it is about 10-12 minutes walk. This was unexpected and would not fit into my plan for the day so made an appointment for one week later.
On the day of appointment; Nika & Kristina were working and was told both are available at my preferred time. Made my way to Clapham Common station and messaged only to be told that only Nika is available; that too for 45 minutes,. Okay I said.
Reached at appointed time but was made to wait for 15 minutes (comms were quick though).
