All of those Balkan countries are dead for punting except Montenegro.
You can find opportunities in Podgorica and Budva. I could not find a local ads website but there were many ads on international websites. I did not go to Podgorica but to Budva, which had a slightly smaller offer although quite similar as it is a major tourist destination for rich Russians, Ukrainians, and Turkish. Prices are identical to those in the UK, but ladies are smoking hot. All the profiles were verified. However, the communications with them are shit. Trying to book a lady took me almost two hours. In the end, I gave up. I called, 30 mins. later I received a WhatsApp asking me to write, I replied immediately, 30 mins. later I received a reply to see another lady in Podgorica, despite I sent the link to the lady in Budva, 30 mins, late I received another message from the lady in Budva, I asked her to send me the full address quickly as I was on WIFI connection and had to move to another country later, so I had a thin window to meet the lady and take my transport. Radio silence, and 1.5 hours later I received another message asking me if I was coming, which sounded like a joke.
I have tried to write to another independent lady, who replied in another 30 minutes. The pictures and the rates "she" sent me were different to those in the ad. I thought that I had written the wrong lady and tried to write another one. Then, I realised that I had written the right one, but "she" was managed by Sergey.
I was writing to a third girl at the same time, due to the long time the replies were taking. I wrote a girl who looked like Megan Fox except that she was a redhead and was offering a PSE. Another girl replied saying that her friend was not working today. She was very beautiful too but she was offering a plain vanilla GFE, too expensive for the price quoted.
So, there are opportunities but many ads are deceiving, and I was tired and had to take my transport to Bosnia, so I ended up with blue balls and annoyed for such a big informality.
